PILOT RESEARCH PROPOSAL
Open Earth Validation Laboratory
A bounded civilian research proposal to examine satellite-derived land-cover labels through provenance, sampling and independent references. An open benchmark is kept separate from actual field research.
An actual pilot needs a responsible investigator, access to data and references, a contribution protocol and independent reviewers. Geography, sample size, schedule and acceptance thresholds are agreed in the protocol; no completed field result or institutional partnership is announced here.

Put the need, method and deliverables in one brief.
This builder produces a public discussion draft, not institutional approval or a funding decision. The file is created in this browser. Open the HTML file and print it to PDF with your browser.
Do not include confidential information, personal email addresses or personal data. Selecting a public record carries only its public fields into the draft. Protected institutional documents are not included.
EXISTING PLATFORM CAPABILITIES
