Keep the evidence traceable.
A source link, a measurement, an educational model and an editorial assessment are different things. This page explains content status and how corrections can be traced.
An inventory or source check is not scientific peer review or institutional endorsement. Empty dates mean unknown status. A next-review date is a target, not a completed action.
1 · Define the claim
Observations, calculated models, historical accounts, manufacturer statements and open questions have distinct labels. Numerical values carry units and scope.
2 · Reach the original source
Authors, works, data products, missions and publication versions link to original records where possible. Open access and reuse rights are separate; a publication type does not guarantee peer review.
3 · Reproduce the calculation
Dataset identities, source-file SHA-256 hashes, units, methods and assumptions stay with the research package. A successful download does not validate the method.
4 · Request a separate review
Source checking, scientific assessment and educational assessment are separate processes. A review concerns a real person and a specific content version. An unassigned reviewer remains explicitly unassigned.
5 · Make corrections visible
Source changes, redirects, access failures and reported issues enter an editorial recheck queue. An HTTP response does not establish a scientific conclusion. Previous versions and review scope are retained.
6 · Respect rights and people
We provide source links, permitted short descriptions and data examples with checked reuse scope. Full books or papers are not reproduced without appropriate permission. Private team records are excluded from this public inventory.
