SPACETRC / INNOVATION & PARTNERSHIP

Create room for science.
Make the contribution clear.

Connect in-kind, educational or research support with a defined work package. Make proposed deliverables, acknowledgement and evaluation clear before a discussion.

THREE CONCRETE DISCUSSION FRAMEWORKS

Connect support with a work package.

01

In-kind & technical contribution

Data access, licensed resources, laboratory time, technical mentoring or infrastructure contribution.

  • Define the source and permitted use in writing.
  • Produce a contribution record and use report.
  • Names and logos require separate permission.
Discuss this scope ↗
02

Learning & open-science pilot

Source-linked lessons, practical work and evaluation for a defined participant group.

  • Agree a learning objective and baseline.
  • Define content and practical deliverables.
  • Plan an anonymised impact report.
Discuss this scope ↗
03

Research & validation package

Bounded work on a method, independent references and version-bound review.

  • Record technical uncertainty and scope.
  • Agree data, team and review responsibilities.
  • Report success and failure conditions.
Discuss this scope ↗
These are not priced or accepted sponsorship packages.

Scope, contribution, schedule, budget and acknowledgement are agreed explicitly. This page takes no payment and promises neither a logo launch nor grant funding. Independent methods and findings remain separate from a supporter’s commercial expectations.

PILOT RESEARCH PROPOSAL

Open Earth Validation Laboratory

A bounded civilian research proposal to examine satellite-derived land-cover labels through provenance, sampling and independent references. An open benchmark is kept separate from actual field research.

An actual pilot needs a responsible investigator, access to data and references, a contribution protocol and independent reviewers. Geography, sample size, schedule and acceptance thresholds are agreed in the protocol; no completed field result or institutional partnership is announced here.

WORKING METHOD

Break a large ambition into assessable steps.

  1. 01

    Need and scope

Which decision or user need are we addressing?

  2. 02

    Method and resources

Are the data, responsibilities, work packages and permissions clear?

  3. 03

    Bounded pilot

Record the baseline and evaluation method before the work.

  4. 04

    Review and decision

Assess the result, its limitations and the evidence for a next step.

PRINTABLE PUBLIC PROPOSAL DRAFT

Put the need, method and deliverables in one brief.

This builder produces a public discussion draft, not institutional approval or a funding decision. The file is created in this browser. Open the HTML file and print it to PDF with your browser.

Do not include confidential information, personal email addresses or personal data. Selecting a public record carries only its public fields into the draft. Protected institutional documents are not included.
